Editorial Policy & How We Verify Information

AI BEST SEARCH is a comparison and search site whose purpose is to give people looking for AI services information they can rely on, as accurately as we are able to verify it. This page states where we stand, how we check information, and how we keep it up to date.

Where we stand

AI BEST SEARCH is an independent third-party media site operated by init inc. We do not sell AI tools of our own, and we publish information independently of any particular vendor.

Listing is free. We never change our evaluations, recommendations, or the conclusions of comparisons for money. Paid priority placement is clearly marked as “PR” and kept separate from the regular ordering. Whether or not a company pays us, facts are written to the same standard.

We do offer paid options: dedicated feature articles, priority placement in comparison articles, and a listing-page management plan. Content produced or placed for a fee is labeled "PR" to keep it distinct from regular listings.

How we verify information

We write from the following primary sources published by the vendor. We do not rely on reproductions from other media as evidence.

Official website and product pages
Pricing page
Terms of service and privacy policy
Legally required commercial disclosures (for Japanese businesses)
Official FAQ and help center
Official announcements (press releases, official blog, release notes)

Writing rules

Prices are stated separately by billing cycle (monthly, annual, introductory discounts) and by currency.
Anything not officially disclosed (such as pricing or a launch date) is written as "not disclosed" rather than filled in by guesswork.
When we cite third-party review scores or user counts, we name the source.

How pages are kept up to date

Every product page and article shows its last-updated date.
Details that change often, such as pricing, model generation, the vendor (acquisitions, renamings), and free-tier limits, are periodically re-checked against the official site. When we confirm a change, we update the page and its last-updated date and notify search engines immediately via IndexNow.
When we confirm that a service has been discontinued or renamed, we keep the page rather than deleting it and state the change clearly. The existing description is marked as reflecting the service at the time of discontinuation, and we add pointers to alternatives.
Services that have not yet launched are listed with an explicit note on their availability and undisclosed pricing. We never describe them as if they were already available.

How we use AI

We use generative AI to assist with drafting articles and explanations and with translation into English and Simplified Chinese.

However, verifying the facts we publish (pricing, features, vendor, and so on) and making the final decision on whether and how to publish are done by our editorial team at init inc. We never publish AI output as-is without fact-checking.

Reporting errors and requesting corrections

If you notice an error or outdated information, please contact us through the contact form. We will review it and correct the page as needed.

Correction requests from listed vendors are handled by the same standard. We correct facts that can be confirmed from official sources, but we do not add unverifiable claims or rewrite assessments to be more favorable.
