Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of "AI BEST SEARCH" (hereinafter the "Service") provided by init Inc. (hereinafter the "Company"). Anyone who uses the Service (hereinafter the "User") is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms are as follows.

• "Service" refers to the website operated by the Company that helps users search for information on AI services according to their business challenges.
• "Content" refers to all text, images, videos, links, and any other information provided on the Service.

Article 3 (Conditions of Use)

The Service can be used without account registration. Users shall use the Service at their own responsibility, and any communication costs incurred through use shall be borne by the User.

Article 4 (Prohibited Acts)

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising between the Company and Users in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
