About "GENAI"
What is GENAI?
GENAI is an AI adoption support service that helps companies automate work with Claude Code and Codex through three formats: training, hands-on coaching, and outsourced operations. It is provided by GENAI Inc. (株式会社GENAI; Chiyoda, Tokyo; founded 2025). Its core offering, "AI鬼管理" (AI Oni-Kanri, literally "demon-strict management"), is a coaching program in which executives and managers spend 90 days automating their own real work, supported by weekly meetings and chat.
GENAI also offers a corporate AI training program for employees and "AI社員AIKATA", an AI-native BPO service that takes over routine work for a flat fee of 300,000 yen per month. The choice depends on whether you want your staff to learn to use AI or want to hand the work off entirely. Prices are published on the official website (as of October 2026).
Key facts
How the engagement works
The official onboarding flow and 90-day curriculum for AI鬼管理 are as follows.
-
Inquiry and online meeting (about 45–60 minutes)
You apply via web form or LINE, and GENAI hears about your work and goals over Google Meet. Points to check when using a government subsidy are also explained here.
-
Plan selection and contract (2–5 business days)
You choose STANDARD or COMMIT, the number of participants, and the schedule, and sign a service agreement and NDA. Sessions can start as early as the week after signing.
-
Work inventory (days 1–20)
All tasks are listed, scored by frequency and effort, and narrowed down to 3–5 automation targets.
-
Design and tool selection (days 21–45)
Workflows are redesigned, and the tool stack and environment are decided around Claude Code.
-
Implementation and testing (days 46–75)
Participants instruct Claude Code to build the automation and test it with production data.
-
Adoption and self-sufficiency (days 76–90)
Operating manuals are prepared, and plans are made for internal rollout and the next automation cycle.
Sessions are held once a week for 60 minutes (120 minutes for an intensive pace), with chat support on weekdays. GENAI says participants need about 3–5 hours of practice per week in addition to the weekly meeting.

- Subscription fees for AI tools such as Claude Code and Codex are paid separately by the client. For AI社員AIKATA, the client pays for a Claude Code or Codex plan in its own name (roughly 15,000–30,000 yen per month)
- For employee training, the official site publishes estimates of what the Human Resources Development Support Subsidy (人材開発支援助成金) could cover: up to 600,000 yen per person for the 800,000-yen package and up to 900,000 yen for the 1.2-million-yen package. These assume an SME that meets the requirements and passes review; payment is not guaranteed. The full fee is paid first, and the client must submit a training plan at least one month before training starts. The executive STANDARD and COMMIT plans are not covered by the estimate. Eligibility depends on your business and application, so check with your local labor bureau or a licensed labor and social security attorney

FAQ
Q. How much does GENAI cost?
AI鬼管理 for executives costs 1.5 million yen (excl. tax) for the 3-month STANDARD plan and 2.7 million yen (excl. tax) for the 6-month COMMIT plan. Employee training costs 800,000 or 1.2 million yen per person (incl. tax), and the AI社員AIKATA outsourcing service costs 300,000 yen per month (as of October 2026).
Q. Can small businesses or solo founders use it?
Yes. The official FAQ says GENAI has worked with clients ranging from solo founders and sole proprietors to companies with several hundred employees. Employee training requires at least 3 participants, so companies with 1–2 people are directed to the executive plans.
Q. Can I outsource development entirely?
AI鬼管理 is a coaching program in which participants instruct Claude Code and build the automation themselves; it is not an outsourced development service. If you want to hand off the work itself, AI社員AIKATA takes over routine operations.
Q. Can I use government subsidies?
GENAI says the Human Resources Development Support Subsidy may cover up to 75% of the cost of employee training. Payment is not guaranteed, and the executive plans are not covered. Eligibility depends on your business and application.
Q. Do I need programming knowledge?
No, according to the official FAQ. The program focuses on giving instructions to Claude Code in Japanese rather than writing code, and most participants are non-engineer executives and managers.
