About "LYSE"

What is LYSE?

LYSE is an AI analytics-report SaaS for businesses from LIFE LLC (LIFE合同会社, Japan). AI reads the previous day's data from GA4, Search Console, ads, e-commerce marketplaces and daily staff reports, and every morning posts it to a chosen LINE group with analysis comments and a "to-do for today."

Its tagline is "Analysis without gaps, LYSE." The idea is that yesterday's numbers arrive in the LINE chat you already open every day, even if nobody opens an admin screen or dashboard. It is aimed at small teams such as e-commerce, retail stores, professional offices and clinics, and ad agencies.

Stop "going to open" the dashboard

When numbers are split across separate admin screens for ads, web, marketplaces and daily reports, the full picture of yesterday lives only in someone's head. Even if you set up a dashboard, busy people don't open it. LYSE tries to solve this by delivering to the LINE chat you already open every day.

CONNECT

Connect

  • GA4 and Search Console: just sign in with Google
  • Ads and marketplaces: read-only access
ANALYZE

AI compares and writes

Compares with the previous day, last 7 days and month to date; writes drops and gaps with the supporting numbers, and ends with one "to-do for today"

DELIVER

To LINE every morning

  • Arrives in the chosen group at a set time
  • Dig deeper with reply buttons

Based on the three steps in "How it works" on the official site.

AI comments are written only within the range of the connected numbers. The company says it "doesn't make suggestions that aren't in the numbers," and the terms state that when external APIs are delayed or missing data, it says so openly. For example, finalized Search Console data is usually 2–3 days late, so reports state the target date.

How to use

This follows the official "How to use" page. There's no form to submit or sales follow-up; you can start on your own.

  1. Log in with LINE Enter from "Try free for 14 days" on the pricing section; an organization for the chosen plan is created and a 14-day trial starts. No card needed.
  2. Connect Google In the admin screen, connect GA4 or Search Console. Access is read-only; it doesn't place ads or change settings.
  3. Add it to a LINE group Post the code shown in the admin screen to a group that includes the LYSE official account; that links the group to your organization.
  4. Send a test and set the time Send a test report and choose the time for daily delivery. On the day login, LINE friend/group setup and data connection are all complete, the first report is sent without waiting for the next scheduled time.
  5. Continue or cancel To continue, choose monthly or annual billing in the admin screen. If the trial ends without payment, delivery stops, and no one will call you back.

The official home page shows a delivery image of the report that arrives each morning: yesterday's sessions and day-over-day change, traffic breakdown and 7-day and month comparisons fit on one card, ending with one "to-do for today."

Buttons such as "Why did it drop?" and "Which page?" answer questions within the delivered data (numbers in the image are samples, not real results).

Features

01Collect

Brings numbers from separate admin screens into one chat.

  • GA4 — users, sessions, key events
  • Search Console — clicks, impressions, CTR, position
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads — spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, purchases
  • Amazon, Rakuten Ichiba, Shopify — sales, orders, sessions, inventory, members
  • Daily reports — submission, records and reminders over LINE; keeps in-store events in the same group as the numbers
  • LINE Yahoo Ads, Yahoo! Shopping — search/display spend and results; daily order counts and amounts from order CSVs (not included in self-serve plans)

02Read and write

AI compares and writes the key points and next step.

  • Comparison — against the previous day, last 7 days and this month (same number of days last month)
  • Problems included — briefly states drops and gaps with the supporting numbers
  • One to-do for today — ends each day with a single next step based on the collected numbers
  • Dig deeper by reply — answers "Why did it drop?", "By product?", "Compare with last week" and so on, within the delivered data

03Deliver and separate

Separates destinations and content per team or client.

  • First report the same day — sent as soon as setup is complete, without waiting for the scheduled time
  • Separated by organization — connections, destinations, times, templates and members stay within each organization; brands are never mixed
  • Custom Flex templates — on Pro, adjust how LINE cards look
  • Agency use — send the same morning-report format to each client's organization and group (Pro: up to 10 organizations)

E-commerce reports bring together sales and orders across channels such as Amazon, Rakuten and your own store, plus 7-day and month-to-date totals, and deliver a "to-do for today" starting from the fastest-growing channel or best-selling page (sample numbers).

Security and data handling

The official "Security" page (October 26, 2026) separates what is implemented from what isn't.

  • Connections are read-only. GA4 uses analytics.readonly, Search Console webmasters.readonly and Meta Ads ads_read. It doesn't place ads, bid or change settings, and doesn't list products or change marketplace settings
  • Tokens and keys are encrypted on the server with AES-GCM; the admin screen returns only connection status and account hints
  • Login to the admin screen is via LINE Login. Connections, destinations, members and reports are stored per organization
  • To write analysis comments, text built from the connected numbers is sent to Anthropic
  • Yahoo! Shopping doesn't use the API; only daily order counts and amounts from order CSVs are kept (no buyer information)
  • It states plainly that ISMS (ISO/IEC 27001), PrivacyMark and SOC 2 have not been obtained at present, and shows no badges that could be read as certification

Pros and cons

Pros

  • Reports arrive in LINE every morning, so numbers are shared even in teams that don't habitually open admin screens
  • Ads, web, marketplaces and daily reports can be combined in one chat
  • With a single "to-do for today," it's easy to decide what to do after reading
  • Read-only connections and a concrete explanation of data handling, such as not claiming certifications it doesn't have
  • 14 days free with no card; start without dealing with a sales rep

Cons

  • Starter has only simple AI comments; ads, e-commerce and daily reports need Standard or higher
  • Delivery is via LINE, so it's a poor fit for teams that don't use LINE for work
  • No third-party certifications such as ISMS or SOC 2 (as of October 2026)
  • A new service whose terms were established on October 23, 2026; the industry use cases on the site are explicitly "not specific customer cases"
