What is RASHIPASS?

RASHIPASS is a series of web marketing tools developed by DY Growth Strategy LLC of Osaka, Japan. As of October 2026 it is in pre-open: the only product available, to a limited group of users, is the first release, the LLMO (AI search optimization) tool "RASHIPASS LLMO", and a general beta release is still in preparation. It asks ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overview the questions your customers are likely to ask, counts mentions, citations, and recommendations of your company separately, and lets you check the original answer text and cited pages. It also offers a 64-item site foundation audit, improvement suggestions and improvement tasks, GA4 and Search Console integration, and, on the Enterprise plan, an MCP integration that passes improvement data to Codex or Claude. The official pricing page lists plans from 4,980 yen per month (tax included) with a six-month minimum term; free use is limited to creating an account and trying the product demo. The SEO, Writing, Local, and CRO products in the series are still in preparation.

About "RASHIPASS"

What is RASHIPASS?

RASHIPASS is a series of web marketing tools planned and developed in-house by DY Growth Strategy LLC (DY Growth Strategy合同会社) of Osaka, Japan. The idea is to offer a separate product for each challenge: AI search, SEO, writing, local customer acquisition, and improving site results. The first product is "RASHIPASS LLMO", an LLMO (AI search optimization) tool that checks how ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overview mention, cite, and recommend your company, and connects the findings to improvements on your site.

Availability (as of October 2026): in pre-open, not yet generally available. On October 23, 2026, the provider announced the pre-opening of the official website. It states that the tool is currently provided only to a limited group of users and that a beta version of RASHIPASS LLMO is being prepared as the first general release. The specific launch date, features, and terms of use will be announced in a future official service announcement. The official pricing page and the Specified Commercial Transactions Act disclosure do list paid plan prices and how to apply, but this page treats the product as being "in beta before general release" and organizes the information for readers who are still gathering information before deciding.

The name is read "Rashipasu" in Japanese. The series concept is "らしさを、選ばれる力に。" (turning what makes you you into the power to be chosen), with the stated aim of improvements that make the most of each company's and service's strengths.

Only "RASHIPASS LLMO" is usable now; the other four products are still plans

RASHIPASS is the name of the whole series, and features, pricing, and terms are set per product. The series page on the official website describes the status of each product as follows.

You cannot yet apply for the four products in preparation. Their launch dates, features, and pricing will be "announced as soon as they are decided," and the only thing settled so far is the one-line direction above. In the pre-open announcement, the provider lists AI search optimization/LLMO, SEO, writing, CRO, MEO, and more as areas the series covers, and states that it "distinguishes between what is developed and tested for internal use and the features provided to the public, and will announce the released features and terms of use separately."

All the features, pricing, and usage described below refer to RASHIPASS LLMO.

Reading AI answers in three parts: mentions, citations, and recommendations

At the core of RASHIPASS LLMO is "AI掲載調査" (AI visibility research). You register questions your customers are likely to ask, put the same questions to ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overview, and record how your company was treated.

What sets it apart is that it splits AI answers into three counts:

  • Mention (掲載): whether your company or product name appears in the body of the answer
  • Citation (引用): whether one of your pages is shown as a source or reference for the answer
  • Recommendation (推薦): whether you are presented as an option or recommendation (a link alone does not count as a recommendation)

This separates cases such as "your name appears but your official site is not cited" or "you are cited but not recommended as a candidate." Rather than judging from totals alone, you can go back to the saved original answer text and cited pages to read how you were introduced.

The "AI掲載調査結果" (AI visibility research results) screen of RASHIPASS LLMO (sample data from the product demo). For a fictional "サンプル相談室" it shows 36 questions researched on 2026/09/20, 144/144 answers retrieved and 0 answers not retrieved. The target AI can be switched between all AIs, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overview, and non-branded or branded questions can be selected. Below are the company's mention rate of 58.3% (84/144 answers), official-site citation rate of 18.8% (27/144 answers), and recommendation rate of 44.4% (64/144 answers)

Source: the product demo linked from the RASHIPASS LLMO official website (captured on October 25, 2026; the same applies to the screen images below). Company names and figures on the screens are sample data prepared by the provider for illustration

Questions can be aggregated separately as "questions that include your company name (branded questions)" and "questions that do not (non-branded questions)." The former helps you check how your company is described; the latter checks whether you make the shortlist when someone who does not know you asks an AI for advice. Answers that could not be retrieved are distinguished as "not retrieved" and are not counted as "not mentioned." The tool also treats "Google AI Overview was not shown" separately from "your company was not in the answer."

Features

The feature list on the official website, grouped by role, is as follows.

01Research

Records what was asked and how the AIs answered.

  • Question design and settings — Enter your products/services and target customers, then organize the questions to research by purpose, such as "find a provider or product," "compare candidates," or "check costs and adoption conditions." Questions can be reviewed and edited before research, and branded and general questions are managed separately
  • AI visibility research — Put the same questions to four AIs and compare mentions, citations, and recommendations. Filter by AI or by question conditions and check the original answers and cited pages
  • AI display of company and representatives — Check how specified targets such as your company or its representatives appear in AI answers (3 targets on Light, 10 on Pro, 30 on Enterprise)

02Find the reasons

Looks for why AIs do not choose you, from the site side.

  • Site foundation audit — Audits the technical and informational state of public pages across 64 items, showing results and the reasons for issues by area such as SEO, answer structure, company information, and sources
  • Issue analysis and improvement suggestions — Organizes issues based on AI answers, the site audit, and connected access data, and shows what to revisit on which page

03Improve

Turns the issues found into actual work.

  • Improvement tasks — Manage improvements as tasks, organizing status (not started, in progress, awaiting effect check), priority, and assignee. You can also record what was done and the follow-up check
  • Implementation integration (MCP) — On the Enterprise plan, makes the organized improvement data readable from the user's own AI tools such as Codex or Claude

04Review

Compares how you appear in AI with your site's results.

  • Results and trends — Shows trends in AI visibility alongside site traffic and conversions read from GA4 and Search Console on the same screen. Periods in which research content or measurement conditions changed are distinguished when reviewing
  • Reports — Export to PDF and CSV. Pro and Enterprise also send change notifications

The question creation screen of "AI掲載調査" in RASHIPASS LLMO (sample data from the product demo). "法人向け相談サービス" (a consulting service for businesses) is entered as the product/service to research and "初めて相談先を探している企業の担当者" (a company staff member looking for a consultant for the first time) as the target customer. Under "What kind of questions will you research?", "find a provider or product," "compare candidates," and "check costs and adoption conditions" are checked; other options are "check track record and reputation," "resolve concerns and doubts," and "learn about problems and solutions"

Not stopping at measurement: it points to the pages to fix and the next tasks

The official website's headline reads "測るだけで終わらない。改善の根拠が、ここに。" (It doesn't end with measurement. Here is the basis for improvement.) Even after adopting an AI search optimization tool, work stalls if you don't know what to do after looking at the numbers. RASHIPASS LLMO is designed to run the whole loop within one tool: it matches research results against the site audit to summarize issues, hands them to the people in charge as improvement tasks, and re-researches under the same conditions after changes are made.

The "課題分析・改善提案" (issue analysis and improvement suggestions) screen of RASHIPASS LLMO (sample data from the product demo). The "site-wide issue summary" shows "check inquiry tracking and the form path" as the first issue to tackle, with related issues listed under three perspectives: findability in AI, ease of understanding and comparing the service, and ease of reaching an inquiry. The top bar shows the retrieval status of AI visibility research, the site foundation audit, GA4/Search Console, and the latest analysis

The official website describes improvement suggestions as "suggestions based on the information that could be confirmed" and asks the person in charge to check, before publishing, whether they fit the actual business and the site's specifications. The screen itself also states that it "does not determine the cause of not being mentioned or the effect of measures."

The MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration on the Enterprise plan lets the user read the basis for improvements and the target pages from tools they already use, such as Codex or Claude. RASHIPASS does not rewrite your site; reviewing and approving changes and publishing them are done on the user's side. The cost of the connected AI tools is separate. Note that the pre-open announcement says the available integration environments, the scope of what can be implemented, and the required settings and permissions for MCP integration are "scheduled to be announced when the beta is released."

How to use

  1. Create an account for free Enter your company name, name, email address, site URL, and so on, then verify your email. No card details or payment are required at registration. Research details (service name, the area where customers search, question language, etc.) can be set after registering.
  2. Register the site you want to research, along with your products/services and customer profile The target is a public site you manage. Who you serve and what you offer form the basis for the questions.
  3. Apply for a paid plan Actual AI research requires a paid plan. Review the pricing, usage limits, and contract terms, then apply by credit card (Stripe). Before applying, you can try the screens in the product demo with sample data.
  4. Decide the questions and run the research Review and edit the suggested questions, choose the target AIs and run conditions, and run the research. Light researches once a month; Pro and Enterprise once a week.
  5. Check issues, improve, and review Decide which pages to revisit from the original answers and the site foundation audit, and manage the work with improvement tasks. If needed, connect GA4 and Search Console with read-only access to check re-research results and changes in traffic after implementation.

Refunds
No prorated daily or monthly refunds, except where required by law, for duplicate charges, or for serious non-provision or defects attributable to the provider

Individual consulting, production, implementation, and similar work are not included in the monthly fee; if requested, the content and price are quoted separately (Specified Commercial Transactions Act disclosure). The cancellation and refund policy also states that fluctuations in AI answers, not being mentioned, or not reaching expected rankings, traffic, or sales are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund.

The pricing and contract terms above are based on the official pricing page, terms of service, and Specified Commercial Transactions Act disclosure (the latter two last updated September 4, 2026). Because the provider says in its pre-open announcement that "terms of use and other details will be announced in a future official service announcement," they may change at general release. Check the latest details on the pricing page before applying.

What it can measure, and how to read the numbers

The official website explains what the numbers represent on its "Measurement" page. Points worth knowing when considering the tool:

  • Results are observations via API: AI answers are point-in-time results retrieved via APIs and similar means. Because answers change with conditions such as the user's conversation history, login state, region, and model, results are not guaranteed to match what an individual sees on their own screen
  • Answer slots and retrieved answers are different: For example, Light's "up to 80 answers" is a planned slot of 20 questions × 4 AIs and does not guarantee that all 80 are retrieved. Read the results with the retrieval status and denominator in mind
  • Do not simply compare against rounds with different questions: Keep the ongoing question set, target AIs, and period consistent when looking at changes
  • Only part of AI-referred traffic is visible: GA4 and Search Console show only identifiable AI-referred traffic; they cannot measure the behavior of everyone who saw an AI answer, or views completed inside the AI
  • Not suited to daily monitoring: Research runs once a month on Light and once a week on Pro and Enterprise. The official comparison guide also recommends checking the retrieval method and frequency first if you need daily monitoring

Data handling

  • Data is separated by organization, with access granted after checking the logged-in member's organization and role
  • The GA4 and Search Console integration is read-only and uses only the properties you select. Connection tokens are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect from the member screen
  • For research, questions, target region and language, company or service names, public URLs, and similar data are sent to OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude (including via Vercel AI Gateway), and SerpApi is used to observe Google AI Overview. The privacy policy also states that gBizINFO and DataForSEO are used to check company and representative information
  • Research results are retained for 1 year on Light and 2 years on Pro and Enterprise. Cancelling at the end of a term is not the same as deleting your account; to delete it, complete the separate withdrawal procedure from the member screen
  • Users are asked not to enter passwords, API keys, unpublished information, or third parties' confidential information in questions or search terms

Who makes it

RASHIPASS is planned and developed mainly by DY Growth Strategy's CEO 谷本大受, COO 和田雄人, and CTO 鹿毛裕樹 (Yuki Kage). Kage, who supervises the product, has published his background: he was responsible for web marketing at Mynavi Corporation, handling SEO, content, analytics, and site improvement for a recruitment media site, and later served as business head and CMO at グランネット (Grannet) The figures on the official website (such as conversions on a site he managed growing to 400% over two years) are the supervisor's past results, and the site explicitly states that they are not results of adopting RASHIPASS.

All screens published on the product site use sample data for illustration, and as of October 2026 no customer names or user reviews of RASHIPASS LLMO itself have been published.

Pros and cons

Pros

  • You can start from 4,980 yen per month (tax included), with no usage-based fees for exceeding limits
  • It counts mentions, citations, and recommendations separately and lets you go back to the original answers and cited pages
  • The provider explains in detail how to read the numbers, such as distinguishing "not retrieved" from "not mentioned" and AI Overview not being shown
  • Site foundation audit, improvement suggestions, improvement tasks, and results review all run in one tool
  • On Enterprise, improvement data can be passed to development AIs such as Codex or Claude to move into implementation

Cons

  • It is in pre-open, in a beta stage before general release. The launch date, features, and terms may change
  • You cannot try actual AI research for free. Applying means a minimum six-month contract, costing 29,880 yen (tax included) in total even on Light
  • Research runs once a month or once a week, so it is not suited to daily monitoring
  • It checks four AIs; Perplexity and Google's AI Mode are not among them
  • The SEO, Writing, Local, and CRO products in the series are in preparation; only LLMO is usable now
  • No customer names or user reviews have been published yet

If you want to try measuring with your own data before applying, LLMOinsight and AIsearchmap, which have free plans, and トロパス, which has a trial period, are worth comparing. If you need daily measurement, consider a daily-measurement product such as DolphinX AIO. See also "LLMO/GEO tools compared" for a comparison of each tool.

FAQ

Q. Can I use RASHIPASS yet? As of October 2026 it is in pre-open, and the tool is provided only to a limited group of users. The first product, RASHIPASS LLMO, is being prepared for a general beta release. The official pricing page explains how to apply for paid plans, but the launch date, features, and terms of use will be announced in a future official service announcement.

Q. Can I use RASHIPASS SEO or RASHIPASS Local? No. The four products SEO, Writing, Local, and CRO are in preparation, and you cannot apply for them yet. Their launch dates, features, and pricing will be announced on the official website once decided.

Q. How much does RASHIPASS LLMO cost? On the official pricing page, Light is 4,980 yen per month, Pro is 14,800 yen, and Enterprise is 39,800 yen (all tax included). There is no initial fee, and the minimum term is six months. The six-month totals are 29,880 yen for Light, 88,800 yen for Pro, and 238,800 yen for Enterprise (tax included).

Q. Can I use it for free? Creating an account is free, and registering alone incurs no charges. You can also try the product demo with sample data without a contract. However, actually researching AI answers about your own site requires applying for a paid plan.

Q. Which AIs can it research? Four: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overview. Because results are point-in-time and retrieved via APIs and similar means, they may not match what an individual sees on their own screen.

Q. Can I cancel partway through? You can schedule cancellation from the member screen so the contract ends on the last day of the six-month minimum term. To end before then, you pay the remaining monthly fees in one lump sum, after which the contract ends.

Q. What is the MCP integration? It is a feature available on the Enterprise plan that lets you reference the basis for improvements and target pages organized in RASHIPASS from your own tools such as Codex or Claude. Changes to the site and publishing them are decided and carried out by the user.

Q. Are mentions or rankings guaranteed to improve? No. The official support scope explicitly states that guarantees of mentions or rankings are not offered.
