About "Uravation"
What is Uravation?
Uravation is a generative AI and AI agent adoption service that handles everything in one firm, from taking stock of operations and drawing the line between "work AI takes over" and "work people keep" to training, AI agent building and advisory support for adoption, provided by Uravation Inc. The company was founded in February 2024 and has expanded from generative AI training into advisory, contract development and agent-building services.
Its stated approach is to "decide from your operations before talking about tools". Internally it runs 62 AI agents every day (which it calls "AI社員", AI employees) and says it applies what it learns from operating them to client designs. It also publishes its main prices on the official website.
Support at a glance
How engagements proceed
The company divides its support into four stages and says clients do not need all four. If the assessment shows the work can be done in-house, the engagement ends there.
Assessment
Inventory each department's tasks and time spent, and separate what AI can and must not take over. Starts with a free 30-minute consultation
Design
Decide "stop / keep / delegate" per task, plus permissions, checks and stop conditions
Adoption
Get it running through training, agent building or one-on-one coaching
Enablement
Answer questions through advisory, measure effect with time logs, and expand to the next task
The site asks clients to provide one staff member per department who knows the work, and to log time spent after adoption.

Track record and case studies
The company reports 100+ companies supported with training or adoption and 4,000+ cumulative trainees, plus adoption at 10+ listed companies (February 2024–March 2026, internal count). Named cases include the following.
01Cases that reached automation
- SANGO (sales support, 135 employees) — Claude Code-centered training (3 online days, 15 hours) led to automating SEO article production, invoice processing and administrative data management. Two staff members were in live operation about 2 weeks after training; routine work fell from 10–16 hours a month to almost zero (client-reported)
- Small manufacturer (undisclosed, no dedicated IT staff) — Checking order emails, matching inventory and drafting delivery-date replies were automated step by step, cutting order handling from about 3 hours to about 1 hour a day (daily logs, October 2025–January 2026)
02Training and seminars
- Double Bridge Advisory — "Generative AI from zero" training for 11 people over 3 in-person days, continued with a second "AI agent practice" session
- Toyo Institute of Art and Design — Three courses (basics, AI agents, creative) over 6 in-person days for faculty and staff
- Fuji Bussan (trading company, 144 employees) — 4 sessions / 12 hours for 3 new hires
- The Overseas Coastal Area Development Institute of Japan (OCDI) — A 2-hour in-house AI seminar
Who it suits and who it may not
It suits small and mid-sized companies that want to check costs before asking: advisory from JPY 50,000/month and building from JPY 500,000 per package are published. It fits companies at the stage of "we did training but nobody uses it" or "the prototype worked but doesn't run every day" that want to combine training, building and advisory. It also suits companies considering the Human Resources Development Support Subsidy for training.
It may not suit companies seeking large system overhauls or promotion structures involving hundreds of people; the company itself says large consulting firms are better for these. The company was founded in 2024, has capital of JPY 1 million and 15 staff including contractors (as of February 2026).
