About "hirosta AI業務改善・業務自動化支援"
What is hirosta AI業務改善・業務自動化支援?
hirosta AI業務改善・業務自動化支援 (AI business improvement and automation support) is a service from hirosta Inc. (株式会社hirosta, Hiroshima; founded November 2018). It is a monthly hands-on support service that automates an SME's back-office work one task at a time by building AI into the tools the company already uses. It covers accounting, reading and transcribing documents, attendance, payroll and deadline management, inquiry and email handling, and social media and promotional copy. The company describes it as going beyond advice: "we build it, make it usable, and check whether things actually improved."
Three monthly plans are published at 50,000 JPY, 150,000 JPY and 300,000 JPY (excluding tax), with no initial fee and no minimum contract period. Building the systems and the AI costs inside those systems are also included in the monthly fee, within the scope agreed in the quote.
Consultations and support are available online nationwide, and in-person support is also available within Hiroshima Prefecture.
Support at a glance
How the support works
The flow from consultation to monthly support is as follows. The first month starts with a task assessment, and after that one task is automated at a time each month.
Free consultation
45 minutes, online. They hear which tasks are a burden and sort out candidates for automation
Quote and plan
Within 3 business days of the consultation, you receive the first task to tackle and a recommended plan and cost
Assessment and prototype
Check current procedures and time spent, decide improvement candidates and success criteria, and build a prototype. Standard and Pro go as far as putting the first improvement into use
Monthly support
Build and verify one item at a time in priority order. You can also decide to continue, change plans or stop
What the client provides: time to talk with the staff who do the work, access to the tools in use, and samples of real documents and data (official "first month" flow).
Checking "did it improve?" with numbers for every item
What the company emphasizes most is verifying, for each improvement, whether what it built actually lightened the workload. It runs the following five steps.
- Decide the success criteria — Agree up front, in three lines, what to improve, what goes in and what should come out, and what counts as success
- Record the current numbers — Ask the staff and record current working time (including checking and rework), rework and pain points
- Build — Build the system and compare it against the current way of working on the same material before putting it into use
- Verify — Compare three figures before and after launch: working time, rework (the number of fixes or redos), and whether it is being used
- Decide — Decide together whether to expand, fix or stop
hirosta does the recording and comparison; the client only has to describe how the work is done today. The company states plainly that "we do not promise results; what we promise is to check whether things improved."
Not leaving everything to AI, and having staff check and approve at the end, is also one of the three principles listed on its top page.
Service menu
01Monthly hands-on support (AI business improvement and automation)
The core of the service. From task assessment to building systems, adoption on site, maintenance and checking results, all for a monthly fee.
- Assessment and improvement candidates — In the first month, assess the work and hand over improvement candidates, a prototype, and figures such as current working time
- Building systems — Build AI into LINE, spreadsheets, freee and so on. It can also propose replacing paid external tools you pay for every month with your own system to cut costs (whether a replacement makes sense is decided after checking usage and cost)
- Adoption and maintenance — Explaining how to use it, writing procedures, adjustments after launch, and maintaining and fixing the systems built (Standard and Pro)
02Automation by task
The official site has a separate page for each type of work.
- Accounting — From reading documents to totaling and creating invoices. Estimating journal entries from accounting software transactions, etc.
- Reading and transcribing documents — Read photographed or PDF documents and record them in a table. Parts that cannot be read, such as handwriting, are corrected by a person
- Attendance, payroll and deadline management — Web clock-in and payroll calculation, notifications for deadlines such as residence permit expiry
- Inquiries and email — Sorting inquiries and drafting replies; FAQ chat that answers with sources from your documents
- Social media and promotional copy — Drafting posts that are published only after a person approves them
03System development and modification
The company says it also develops systems tailored to your work "as part of its AI business improvement and automation support."
- Modifying and integrating existing systems — Even for systems developed by other companies, it checks the contract, source code and current setup and explains what it can handle
- Custom business systems and AI features — Business management, applications and approvals, search and answer support, etc.
- Prototypes for new businesses — Turn an idea into something that works, then decide the next step while using it
04Information on subsidies and grants
- Information on programs — Introducing published programs, organizing your internal improvement plan, and explaining the content, cost and timing of hirosta's service. It does not prepare, revise or submit applications or business plans

On Standard and Pro, there is no cap on the number of improvement requests; they are prioritized and handled one at a time. However, the number completed each month is not guaranteed. Starter prototypes can be used in daily work as is, but they are not covered by maintenance or fixes.
As costs beyond the monthly fee, the company's legal disclosure (特定商取引法に基づく表記) lists consumption tax, travel costs for in-person support (actual cost), separately quoted builds, and fees for external services needed to keep using the systems after the contract ends. The systems built can still be used after the contract ends.
The official site has a list of subsidy and grant programs that can be used for AI adoption (the Digitalization and AI Adoption Subsidy, the SME Labor-Saving Investment Subsidy, the Human Resources Development Support Subsidy, and Hiroshima Prefecture programs), but it states clearly that hirosta's monthly hands-on support "is not provided as training eligible for grants."
Track record and case studies
The official case list divides cases into three categories. To keep clients from being identified, client cases do not name the company and blur some details such as industry.
01Client cases — 8
Company names are not disclosed. Cases that state results are as follows (figures as stated by the company).
- From reading documents to issuing invoices (industry association) — AI reads and classifies document images received on LINE, records them in a spreadsheet, creates invoice PDFs and sends notifications. The company says work that took several hours now takes about 30 minutes. Parts that cannot be read, such as handwriting, are corrected by a person
- Sorting inquiry emails and drafting replies (retail/e-commerce) — The company says missed urgent inquiries and the effort of assigning them decreased, and reply content became more consistent (qualitative changes; no working time or reduction rates published). Nothing is sent automatically; staff check before sending
- FAQ chat that answers with sources (manufacturing) — Answers with citations based on product manuals and FAQs; the company says a flow was established to add FAQs from questions that could not be answered
- Others — Automating web attendance and payroll, managing deadlines such as foreign workers' residence permits (construction), calculating evaluations by rules and extracting eligible people, interviewing staff and writing AI usage manuals, and turning an industry association's information security self-check for 11 industries into a web system
The image on the right is the company's diagram explaining the flow of the client case "Automating everything from reading documents to issuing invoices with LINE and AI."
When you photograph a receipt and send it on LINE, AI reads the date, amount, purpose and issuer, registers them in a spreadsheet, and replies with a button for checking and correcting. The screen, documents and amounts are illustrations, not actual screens.

02In-house practices — 6
Systems hirosta uses in its own work. These are not client implementations.
- Automating journal entries with AI — Pulls unprocessed transactions from freee, AI estimates account titles, and staff check and approve. The company says journal entry work that took several hours a month now ends with checking and approval
- Others — Running social media posts with generative AI, developing and running its own website with an AI team, comparing search methods for an internal AI assistant, auto-generating weekly site analysis reports, and a development workflow using Claude Code and Codex
03Verifications (fictional data) — 21
Verifications and public demos that run the workflow end to end with fictional companies and data. The company states that none of them are "client results or outcomes of production use."
- Examples of public demos — Reconciling invoice and delivery note PDFs against a ledger, checking contract expiry dates and notice conditions, checking stocktake quantity differences, checking paid leave usage, etc. Source code and explanations are published on GitHub
The official site does not publish a client count or client cases that name the company.

*Details for other companies are as of the check date shown on each product page.
What sets hirosta apart is that the monthly fee includes building the systems (development) and, within the agreed scope, the AI costs of the systems built, and that for each improvement it compares three figures before and after launch: working time, rework and whether it is being used. If you want a monthly sounding board, consider アドカル 生成AIコンサルティング or AX総研 AI顧問・導入コンサル; if you value in-house adoption through training, デジタルゴリラ AI導入支援; and if you want employees to be able to build AI agents on Dify, ブーストマーケティング AI導入支援. Other companies are listed in Best AI consulting and implementation support companies compared.
Who it suits and who it doesn't
It suits SMEs that want to reduce manual work in specific tasks repeated every month, such as accounting, transcribing documents and handling inquiries. It starts from 50,000 JPY a month with no initial fee and no minimum term, so you can try one task before deciding whether to continue. It also fits companies that want to keep using their current tools such as LINE, spreadsheets and freee, and companies that want to check the effect of what was built with numbers. The company says it supports explanations at launch and writing procedures even if no one in-house is IT-savvy.
It does not suit large companies that want to hand over company-wide AI strategy or a large-scale core system overhaul in one go, or companies that need systems with 24-hour monitoring and maintenance. Developing new business systems and large-scale integrations are quoted separately, and 24-hour monitoring and maintenance is not offered. If you want to choose based on named client cases or client counts, the official site alone will make that hard. It also does not take on legal, tax or labor judgments themselves, or document preparation on your behalf.
