Tracks generated with Mureka can be used commercially on a paid plan (Basic or Pro)—as background music, in videos, or published on distribution platforms.
The points worth knowing before you commit:
- Tracks generated on the free plan are not covered for commercial use. In practice you prototype on the free plan and re-generate the tracks you actually ship on a paid plan.
- Commercial use of voice cloning requires the Pro plan. Voice cloning is not included in Basic.
- WAV and stem (per-part) export is Pro-only as well. If you intend to mix or edit afterwards, Pro is effectively required.
- Detailed terms around rights and permitted use can change, so review the official terms of service before using tracks in commercial work.

- Basic is quite limited: WAV export, voice cloning, reference-audio upload, and region editing all sit on the Pro side. Rather than "start cheap and upgrade later," your use case tends to decide up front whether you need Pro.
