How to use
- Install the app Get "Loora" from the App Store or Google Play. On iPhone it requires iOS 18.6 or later (as listed on the Japanese App Store).
- Choose a topic or situation Talk freely about anything you like, such as sports, tech, business, fashion, or books and shows. You can also pick a situation to practice, such as a job interview, a customer care call or meeting new people.
- Create a role-play Enter "My role", "Loora's role" and the "Scenario" yourself to make an original role-play (for example, you are a patient and Loora is a doctor during a health check-up).
- Improve with feedback During the conversation, points to improve in grammar and pronunciation are shown. Pronunciation is evaluated sound by sound within each word, and you can say it again to practice.
- Review A summary appears after each lesson, and since March 2026 "Key Takeaways" picks one improvement from the conversation and turns it into a short exercise (official news). You can save words you want to remember and review them.

In pronunciation feedback, words to work on are highlighted in the sentence you said, and each word is broken down and evaluated by sound (syllable). When you say it again and your score goes up, the improvement is shown right away.
To start a role-play, you fill in "My role", "Loora's role" and "Scenario". You can also choose a random role-play.
