How to Use

1. Download and install the app

   Download MacGPT from the official website and install it on macOS Monterey or later.

2. Set up your OpenAI account or API key

   To use the web version of ChatGPT, log in with your OpenAI account. To use native features, configure your OpenAI API key.

3. Access from the menu bar

   Click the menu bar icon to quickly access ChatGPT at any time.

4. Use Global Mode

   Trigger a keyboard shortcut to display a text field in the center of your screen, enabling you to interact with ChatGPT from any app.

5. Use Inline Mode

   Type a trigger phrase in any text field to have ChatGPT automatically generate text in place.

6. Voice chat with Conversation Mode

   Click the microphone button to speak with ChatGPT without using your keyboard.
