What is SoloReha?
SoloReha is a conversation practice service for individuals in which AI plays the other party—a customer, boss or interviewer. You can practice about 100 work scenes such as sales meetings, interviews, reporting to your boss, complaint handling and 1-on-1s with team members, and rehearse before the real thing by entering information about someone you will meet tomorrow. After each session you receive feedback by evaluation point, and your growth is tracked as four skills: listening, conveying, moving forward and engaging. It runs in a browser; the free plan allows 3 sessions a month, and the paid plan is ¥480 for the first month, then ¥980/month (tax incl., 30 sessions). Run as a sole proprietorship in Japan; Japanese only (official, as of October 2026).

About "SoloReha"
What is SoloReha?
SoloReha (ソロリハ, "solo rehearsal") is a service where AI plays the other party—a customer, interviewer or boss—so you can practice work conversations on your own. Its tagline translates to "Fail without anyone watching." You can practice the conversations you want to say out loud once before the real thing—opening a sales meeting, reporting a mistake, handling a complaint, answering interview questions—as many times as you like without colleagues or managers seeing.
When a practice session ends, the AI reviews the conversation and returns feedback by evaluation point. The feedback builds up as four skills—"listening, conveying, moving forward and engaging"—so the more you practice, the clearer it becomes which skills are growing and which are untouched. You can also enter information about someone you will meet tomorrow and rehearse with an AI that plays that person.
The service and its content are in Japanese.
Features
- Scenario practice A wide range of work conversations is available—sales, interviews, reporting to your boss, customer service, management and more. According to the official scenario guide there are about 100 scenes, such as "what to do before pitching in a first sales meeting," "when the client says 'let me think it over,'" "when you're afraid to report a mistake" and "when asked why you left a job after a short time." You choose a scene and talk with the AI. Practice for conversations with people you've just met (dating/partners) and for saying no is also included.
- Rehearsal mode Enter information about the person you'll talk to tomorrow, and the AI plays that person for a pre-meeting rehearsal. It can also reproduce conversations with up to three people present, such as a panel interview.
- Feedback by evaluation point After practice, the AI reviews the conversation, gives an overall score and ratings by evaluation point, and returns what went well plus concrete advice on "what to fix next time." The evaluation points vary by scene; a sales meeting, for example, is rated on listening, empathy, proposal skills and consensus building.
- Your growth Feedback is recorded as four skills—"listening, conveying, moving forward and engaging"—so you can see which are improving.
- Career Lab (preview) Just by talking with the AI, you can get a diagnosis of jobs that suit you ("Job-fit talk") or create a résumé of your work history ("Résumé talk"). It is available only on the paid plan and is currently offered as a preview. In Résumé talk, the AI researches the company when you give its name, but the results appear as an editable draft, so check and correct them yourself before use.
