How to use it
- Open ubie.app or install the app — It works directly in a web browser. Free iOS and Android apps are also available.
- Enter the symptom that concerns you — Start from what is bothering you now, such as a headache or palpitations. You can also browse by symptom name, disease name, or medical department.
- Answer the questions — The AI adapts its questions about your age, sex, and how the symptoms have progressed based on your answers. It takes about three minutes.
- Review the results — You get information on related conditions, guidance on urgency (whether to see a doctor now or watch and wait), and the appropriate medical department.
- Find a medical institution if needed — You can search for nearby clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. At institutions that have adopted "Ubie AI Monshin," you can send the intake answers from your smartphone before your visit.
