For ChatGPT Business and some other courses, AVILEN says it offers "several plans depending on the number of participants and the usage period," so terms for large groups require an inquiry. The official pages do not list prices for 生成AI活用研修, AIエージェント研修, the 生成AIパスポート prep course, and some others.
Using subsidies
The only page on the official website that mentions subsidies is the E-qualification course page. It says, "When a corporate customer uses this course to develop its employees, it may be eligible for the Human Resources Development Support Subsidy if certain requirements are met." It does not name which course of the subsidy applies. The page also notes that the course is certified under METI's Re-skill program (and states that it is not eligible for the Specialized Practical Education and Training Benefit). No application support is mentioned.
The generative AI training pages, such as 生成AIリテラシー研修 and 生成AI業務プロセス適用研修, do not mention subsidies (as of October 2026).
Under the revision of August 3, 2026, literacy-focused training such as learning how to write general-purpose prompts is no longer eligible under the Business Expansion Reskilling Support Course. Eligibility depends on the training content and the participants' jobs, so check with your local Labor Bureau before submitting a training plan.
