How to Use

1. Create an account

   Sign up at the official site (co.vet). A two-week free trial lets you test it in real appointments right away.

2. Choose or create a template

   Select a template suited to your practice type — general, emergency, specialty, exotic, equine, and more — or create a custom format for your clinic.

3. Record the exam conversation

   Record the veterinarian-client conversation during the appointment using the smartphone or PC app.

4. Auto-generate the SOAP note

   Based on the recording, the system automatically generates a structured medical record covering Subjective, Objective, Assessment, and Plan.

5. Review, edit, and export

   Review and edit the generated note, then export it along with a client summary and referral letter to your practice information management system (PIMS).
