How to Use

1. Create an Account and Log In

   Create an account on the Fireflies.ai official website and log in using Google or Outlook authentication.

2. Connect Your Calendar

   Connect your Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar to sync meeting information.

3. Invite the Notetaker to Your Meeting

   Add "fred@fireflies.ai" as a participant to your calendar event, or manually invite the Notetaker from the dashboard.

4. Record and Transcribe the Meeting

   The Notetaker joins the meeting, records the audio, and automatically generates a transcript.

5. Review the Transcript and Summary

   After the meeting ends, review the transcript and AI-generated summary in the dashboard. Edit or add comments as needed.

6. Share and Integrate

   Share the generated notes and summaries with collaboration tools such as Slack, Notion, and Asana.
