About "Founden"
What is Founden?
Founden is an AI app builder that turns a description into a complete business setup, publishes it and keeps running it, provided by O-mega Enterprise, Inc. Describe what you want in plain words, and it builds the product your users use (the website), a customer-facing app with sign-in, and a back office for running it, wired up with payments, email, a database and your own domain, then publishes each at its own address.
Founden says it is "not a website builder," and describes what it makes as "autonomous software" that keeps developing after it ships. Switch on "Autopilot" and the same AI ships improvements on the schedule you set, answers email, and takes next steps such as starting a newsletter or adding payments. Besides the web version there is a desktop app for Mac, where the Claude Code, Codex or Antigravity subscription you already have does the building.

Pricing
Plans are monthly, and bigger plans give the AI more credits to build with. Every plan builds and runs the full set of product, website and back office. Prices are in US dollars as shown on the official pricing page in October 2026.
| Plan | Monthly | Cloud credits (monthly) | Desktop credits (monthly) | Main features |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pro | $29 | 2,000 | 20,000 | Pay-per-credit overage, choice of AI model and AI coder, no Founden badge, cold email from your own sending domain, domain purchases |
| Max | $99 | 8,000 | 80,000 | Everything in Pro, plus your own domain for your company's site and email |
| Team | $249 | 24,000 | 240,000 | Everything in Max, plus up to 4 invited teammates sharing the plan and credits |
| Team plus | $599 | 80,000 | 800,000 | Everything in Team |
| Team plus 2x | $1,199 | 160,000 | 1,600,000 | Everything in Team plus |

- Free trial — Creating an account and looking around is free. Your first build starts a free 8-day trial of Pro, with 300 credits to build and publish your company. A card is needed to start it, and nothing is charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then under Settings → Subscription and you pay nothing; if you keep it, Pro continues at its monthly price
- What a credit is — A fixed amount of compute. Cloud builds, images, video and sound spend what they actually cost to run, so the cost of a build step depends on the model. A browser session spends one credit per action
- Desktop credits — Builds using your own Claude, ChatGPT or Google AI plan spend desktop credits, not cloud credits
- When you run out — Building pauses until your credits refill. From Pro up you can opt in to overage in account settings, billed at your plan's per-credit rate. Desktop credits have no overage; desktop builds pause when they run out
- Refunds — The terms say no fees are refunded unless the customer proves a critical, persistent and unresolvable technical failure that blocks all use of the application. To cancel, email support@founden.ai or ask the chatbot in the app or on the website

How to use
-
Create an account
Sign up from "Get Started" on the website. You can try it right in the browser, or install the desktop app on an Apple Silicon Mac.
-
Describe the first version
Write what you want in plain words; Founden says one message is enough to start. The homepage offers examples such as a virtual world, a research engine, an online store and an AI tutor.
-
Wait for the build
When the first build finishes, your company goes live at its own address. How long it takes depends on what you ask for.
-
Change it in words
Ask things like "Change the hero color to forest green," "Add a 15% discount for first-time buyers" or "Create a wholesale pricing page," and the website, app and admin are all updated, going live when the build finishes.
-
Switch on Autopilot
Once on, the AI keeps improving all three (product, website and back office) on the schedule you set. In the desktop app, leave the app open and the Mac awake and development continues overnight.

After launch, the AI keeps running the company
What sets Founden apart from other AI app builders is that it does not stop at launch: the same AI takes on the work of running the business. In the example on the website, Autopilot works like this:
Build the whole set
Builds and publishes a site that reads new cancer studies and explains them in plain words, a reader app and a back office
Adapt to readers
Finds that most early readers are researchers and starts a newsletter
Start earning
Adds an $8-a-month membership, paid to your own bank
Respond to partners
Receives emails from labs wanting to partner and builds a partner portal
The flow of the “cancerfindings.org” example shown on the website
To make that possible, the parts a company needs to run itself are built in from the start.
01Build and launch
Parts for running the product and welcoming users.
- Your own domain — Set up and connected for you; the domain is registered in your name
- Sign-in — Accounts and log-in for your users, built in
- Database — Your own Postgres database, kept up to date with prices, listings and feeds
- Payments — One-off payments and subscriptions from day one, paid to your own bank
02Run the business
Parts that let the AI keep working after launch.
- Email — A real inbox that sends and receives from your own domain
- Analytics — See who visits and what works, with no cookie banner
- Users and partners — Track who signed up, their plan and what they pay, plus the partners and links that send you users
- Automations — Scheduled jobs the AI writes itself: data refreshes, digests and alerts
- Content — A blog and newsletter it writes and publishes
- Contracts — Drafts and sends agreements and invoices
- Browser automation — Does work on websites for you, such as creating the company's own accounts
Founden spells out what is yours: the domain is registered in your name, payments settle to your own bank account, and your own keys (Stripe, email, AI) are used in production. A company built in the desktop app keeps its full source, with every change, on your own computer.

The desktop app builds with your own AI subscription
In the desktop app for Mac, each company you build is a folder on your Mac containing its full source and change history. Builds and previews run on the Mac too, with no cloud server to start.
The building is done by an AI coder you already pay for. The app runs your own AI coder on the Mac, signed in to your account, and each build starts on the strongest model your plan includes.
| AI coder | Provider | Plan needed |
|---|---|---|
| Claude Code | Anthropic | Your own Claude plan |
| Codex | OpenAI | Your own ChatGPT plan |
| Antigravity | Your own Google AI plan |
It runs on Apple Silicon Macs and updates itself in the background (version 0.2.207 as of October 2026). On other computers, use the browser version.

Pros and cons
Pros
- From a description alone, builds a product, customer app and back office already connected to payments, email, a database and a domain
- With Autopilot, the AI keeps improving the product after launch, answering email, sending newsletters and adding payments
- The domain, payment revenue and production keys belong to you
- In the desktop app you can build with the Claude Code, Codex or Antigravity subscription you already have, and keep the source locally
- 8-day Pro trial
Cons
- The interface and website are English only, and nothing is said officially about Japanese instructions or building Japanese sites
- There is no plan for building and running for free, and starting the trial requires a card
- Priced in US dollars, and credit use varies by model and task, which makes monthly costs hard to estimate
- The desktop app is Mac (Apple Silicon) only
- The AI acts on its own across a wide range, including sending cold email, creating accounts and publishing. You need to decide what to hand over and check the results
- Refunds are limited to cases of critical, unresolvable failures
Reviews and reputation
The website does not publish user reviews (as of October 2026). The homepage lists Humanome, GenMagic, AITraining.jobs, Portolan and Starport as examples of companies built on Founden, and shows 1,017 companies built (as of October 21, 2026).
How it differs from Lovable, Base44, bolt.new and others
There are other tools that build working web apps with AI. Founden differs in that the same AI also takes on running the business after launch (email, content, adding payments, handling partners and more), and in letting you use your own AI coder subscription through the desktop app.
| Tool | Main use | Difference from Founden |
|---|---|---|
| Founden | Builds a product, app and back office from a description, and keeps running them with Autopilot after launch | ― |
| Lovable | Builds and publishes full-stack web apps from text instructions | Centered on building the app; Founden's AI also keeps running it after launch |
| Base44 | Builds web apps with a database and authentication from natural language | Same as above |
| bolt.new | Builds, edits and publishes full-stack apps in the browser | Same as above |
| Replit | Develops, publishes and runs apps with an AI agent | Centered on the development environment; Founden comes with business parts such as email, contracts and partner management |
| Claude Code, Codex | AI coding agents that work on a codebase | Founden's desktop app uses them to do the building |
