About "AI研究所 AI研修"
What is AI研究所 AI研修?
AI研究所 AI研修 (AI Training and Talent Development Program) is a custom-designed corporate AI training service provided by VOST Inc. (Koto-ku, Tokyo, founded 2015). VOST runs the tech media site "DX/AI研究所" and the training platform "GETT Proskill", and the corporate training inquiry page sits on the GETT Proskill site.
Training is built to order, starting from an interview about the client's issues. Programs range from short seminars to medium- and long-term development plans, and a training report is submitted afterwards. Separately, VOST runs 2-day public courses on generative AI, ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude, Claude Code and more at 38,500 yen per person (tax included), held at venues in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka and as live webinars. A company can send a few employees to a public course, or commission a custom program for larger groups.
Training overview
Training programs
Custom corporate training is not a fixed course list; it is assembled from the interview results. Its foundation is the public courses offered on GETT Proskill. The AI-related courses fall into these groups.
01Using generative AI tools at work (2 days)
For non-engineers. Each tool has its own 2-day hands-on course.
- Generative AI Seminar — Day 1: how LLMs and machine learning work, prompt engineering, creating forms and reports from PDFs. Day 2: NotebookLM and RAG, automating weekly reports with Dify, connecting business systems via MCP, building a web app in Google AI Studio Build
- ChatGPT / Gemini / Claude Seminars — Productivity using each tool's Projects, Gems, Agent Skills, etc.
- Microsoft 365 Copilot Seminar — Copilot operation, generative AI chat with Microsoft Graph, building AI agents in Copilot Studio
02Building business tools with AI (2 days)
Even without programming experience, participants go as far as building small tools for their work.
- Claude Code Seminar — A PDF checking tool, Excel automation, GAS integration, an AI assistant using MCP
- Codex Seminar — Converting PDFs and images to Excel, automating minutes and daily reports, checking quotes and specifications
03Machine learning, engineer development and certifications
For technical staff. Certification prep courses are also available.
- AI Machine Learning & Deep Learning Seminar — 1 day. Building models with no-code tools and Azure Machine Learning
- AI Engineer Development Course — 2 days. Building machine learning, image recognition and NLP models in Python
- G検定 prep course / E資格 deep learning intensive course — Certification exam prep
04Custom training for executives and whole companies
How programs were assembled in published cases.
- Condensed version for executives — A normally 6-hour seminar was condensed to 2 hours with demonstrations
- Multiple level-based curricula — Three curricula matched to participants' levels, plus a workshop to generate AI use ideas
- AI, IoT and 3D CAD combined — For manufacturers, covering how AI connects with other technologies

Using subsidies
For public courses including the Generative AI Seminar, the official site states that "the Career Up Subsidy and the Human Resources Development Support Subsidy can be used" (no specific course named). VOST's DX training service page states it is eligible for the Human Resources Development Support Subsidy (Business Development Reskilling Support Course) and that up to 75% may be subsidized if conditions are met (as of October 2026). The AI training program page says it also accepts consultations on "DX reskilling subsidies". Subsidy consultations are handled via the inquiry form.
Under the revision of August 3, 2026, the Business Development Reskilling Support Course no longer covers literacy-focused training such as learning general-purpose prompt writing. Eligibility depends on the training content and the trainees' duties, so check with your local Labour Bureau before submitting a training plan.
Track record and reputation
The official site states that the number of companies adopting its DX training has exceeded 10,000 (the DX training service overall, as of October 2026), and that GETT Proskill has had over 20,000 learners. The AI training program page lists more than 40 company names, including Toyota Motor, Panasonic, Daikin Industries, Hitachi, NTT DATA, Kirin and Bridgestone.
01Company-wide and large-group training
Cases where participants' levels varied.
- NTT Group company N (6,000 employees) — About 140 sales, marketing and technical staff recruited internally received three level-based curricula and a workshop
- Auto parts maker J (15,000+ employees) — About 100 engineering staff attended a 3-hour session, leading to AI projects launched in several departments
02Executive training and training plus development
Cases that went beyond training alone.
- Chemical materials maker N — Joint training for three group companies, with an executive session condensed to 2 hours
- Construction consulting company M (300 employees) — In-house education for about 100 people, followed by consulting to build AI in-house with a project team
- Pump parts maker T — A 3-hour condensed session for executives combined with AI and IoT seminars for general staff
The public course pages include learner comments (e.g. "I learned everything from using ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini to writing prompts by actually operating them" — S.I., Tokyo).
Who it suits and who it does not
It suits companies that want to send a few employees to an external course first to check the content. Public courses start at 38,500 yen per person (tax included), with venues in Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka or online. Courses are split by tool (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude), so you can pick the one matching the tool you use internally. Many cases are manufacturing and construction companies, so it also fits companies that want to discuss IoT and 3D CAD alongside AI.
It does not suit companies that want to compare total costs for corporate training upfront. Custom training prices are not published and require a quote. The AI training page also does not describe an admin dashboard to track every trainee's progress (the DX training service does mention providing a learning management system (LMS)).
