About "Track AI/DX研修"

What is Track AI/DX研修?

Track AI/DX研修 is a corporate AI and DX talent development training service provided by Givery, Inc. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo). It is the training service of "Track", the brand of Givery's human capital intelligence business, and was renamed from "Track Training" and "Track Bootcamp" in November 2025 (the service content and URL did not change). The curriculum follows the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry's "Digital Skill Standards" and ranges from generative AI basics for all employees to engineer courses on RAG and LLM fine-tuning.

Separately, Givery promotes a concept called "AI Enablement", which supports generative AI adoption from four perspectives: strategy, people and organization, operations, and technology infrastructure, and states that it has supported more than 1,000 companies. Its consulting menu also includes "talent development / internal adoption". A key feature of Track AI/DX研修 is that skill assessments measure trainees before and after training, so the effect of training can be checked in numbers.

Using subsidies

The official training page states that "training costs can be reduced by up to 75% with subsidies", and the course list has a category called "subsidy-compliant (courses that meet the application requirements of the Human Resources Development Support Subsidy)" (as of October 2026). It lists items such as the 3-month (49-day) open training for new hires. It also says that "other training courses of 10 hours or more that meet the requirements may be eligible for subsidies". Which course of the Human Resources Development Support Subsidy applies is not specified, and no description of application support was found.

Under the revision of August 3, 2026, the Business Development Reskilling Support Course no longer covers literacy-focused training such as learning general-purpose prompt writing. Eligibility depends on the training content and the trainees' duties, so check with your local Labour Bureau before submitting a training plan.

Track record and reputation

The official site states that it has been "used by a cumulative 350 companies and more than 65,000 people" (as of October 2026). Skill assessments can be compared against more than 500,000 cumulative test results. There are 120 instructors in total, mainly working engineers who passed Givery's skill assessment.

01Generative AI training

Published cases involving generative AI.

  • Ricoh IT Solutions — RAG training for mid-career staff led to an AI product release three months later
  • Nissin Foods Group — The official site states that its prompt engineer training with Givery was introduced at METI's "10th Study Group on Human Resource Policy in the Digital Era"

02New hire and engineer development

Cases that brought trainees with different skill levels up together.

  • NTT DATA University — Training that raises proficiency even for inexperienced trainees regardless of skill gaps
  • Suntory Holdings — Training design for "new hires who keep growing"
  • SCSK — Training for mid-career hires
  • transcosmos / Ishida / DeNA — Building self-directed learning, handling skill gaps, custom training

Who it suits and who it does not

It suits companies that want to design generative AI training together with new hire training and engineer development. Everything from introductory courses for all employees to developer courses such as RAG and fine-tuning sits in one framework, and skill assessments let you compare before and after. It handles anywhere from one trainee to more than 100, and states it has run training for more than 1,000 people.

It does not suit companies that want to compare prices online before contacting a provider. All prices are undisclosed and require a brochure request or quote. Also, most published cases are engineer development at IT and telecom companies; few industry-specific cases for non-engineers are published.
