Training Programs

The launch press release groups the lineup into four parts — "Basics," "Application," "Practice," and "Strategy & Management" — and says they can be freely combined. The courses announced as generally available afterward are listed below in that grouping.

01Basics | How AI works, prompts, risks

Covers how AI basically works, how to think about prompt design, and the risks of use and how to address them.

  • What Is AI / Prompt Engineering — First shares a mindset (start from the purpose, final judgment by humans, verify and improve) before tools, then teaches how to specify role, purpose, constraints, evaluation criteria and output format. Designed as 10-minute lecture modules combined with exercises (generally available August 29, 2025)
  • Generative AI Risk Training — Teaches the minimum practical rules in a short time across three themes: information leakage (what must never be entered), copyright infringement (prompts that don't infringe others' rights), and compliance (outputs must always be checked and corrected by a person) (generally available August 26, 2025)

02Application | Choosing between major generative AI tools

The launch press release says this part covers how to choose between and use ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and others.

  • Features of the Three Major Generative AI Models, Types of AI, and How to Use Them — Compares the strengths, weaknesses and cost of ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude from practical angles such as text generation, search integration, image/audio and data processing, and uses a task-to-model fit table to decide which to use. Provides a collection of prompt templates tailored to each company's work (generally available August 28, 2025)

03Practice | Role-specific use

Applies AI to each department's work, such as sales, back office and customer support.

  • Practical: Using AI in Real Work — Focuses on three areas — sales (creating proposal materials, summarizing meetings), back office (writing reports, aggregating data) and customer support (draft answers to inquiries) — and embeds use through practical templates and KPIs for time savings and quality (generally available September 2, 2025)
  • Job-specific Generative AI Training Program — A 12-hour program built around each job type and role after interviewing the company about its issues and learners' duties. For sales staff, for example, it includes tasks such as "drafting the structure of a product proposal." Priced by individual quote (launch announced by AGENT, Inc. on October 15, 2026)

04Strategy & Management | Leadership and governance

Content for executives and people driving adoption.

  • Strategy & Management — Positioning AI in business strategy, designing governance and building a promotion structure (launch press release)
  • Requirements Definition & Vendor Selection Training — Builds the ability to communicate business requirements to developers and to choose vendors (from the "service use cases" on the official website)
  • IT & DX Training — Training on IT in general and DX, covering digital literacy and the skills to execute a DX strategy

The courses released as Basics, Application and Practice are all described as "Target: companies and organizations," "Format: delivered individually (online / in person)," and "Duration: 30–60 minutes (adjustable to content)."

There are two approaches: combining short courses to roll out company-wide, and building training around specific duties, as in the 12-hour job-specific program.

"Practical: Using AI in Real Work" is a course focused on three areas: sales, back office and customer support (CS).

For each department, it names specific tasks to speed up with AI, such as proposal materials, reports and draft answers to inquiries.

Separately, on July 16, 2026 AGENT, Inc. announced a service supporting the adoption and embedding of the AI agent service "Genspark," pricing the introductory training (90 minutes) at JPY 100,000 (excl. tax, up to 10 people; JPY 15,000 excl. tax per additional person from the 11th). This service is not listed on the AI Partners website, so it is not a guide to AI Partners' training prices.

Using Subsidies

The AI Partners website has no information on subsidies.

In a press release dated October 15, 2026, AGENT, Inc. announced that it designed its "Job-specific Generative AI Training Program" with the requirements of the Human Resources Development Support Subsidy (Business Expansion and Reskilling Support Course), revised on August 3, 2026, in mind. The program aims at the knowledge and skills learners need for their duties rather than general AI literacy, and the company says it may be eligible for the subsidy if certain requirements are met. The same release states clearly that taking the training alone does not guarantee payment and that eligibility is decided by the competent Labor Bureau and others.

With the revision on August 3, 2026, literacy-focused training such as how to write general-purpose prompts is no longer eligible under the Business Expansion and Reskilling Support Course. Eligibility depends on the training content and learners' duties, so check with your local Labor Bureau before submitting the training plan.

Courses that are not tied to a job type, such as "What Is AI / Prompt Engineering" and "Generative AI Risk Training," may be judged ineligible for this course after the revision. If you are planning on the subsidy, confirm at the consultation stage whether the content can be tied to learners' duties, as in the 12-hour job-specific program.

Track Record and Reputation

The official website lists 4,223 training sessions delivered and 3,470 companies trained as its "proven track record in DX and AI training" (no date given; these figures are not limited to AI training). An August 2025 press release says "more than 4,200 training sessions in total" and "more than 3,400 companies trained."

01Business relationships with companies

The official website states "business with more than 500 companies" and shows the logos below. It does not say whether they are clients of AI Partners' training.

  • Logos shown — Google Japan G.K., SoftBank, KDDI, ITOCHU Techno-Solutions, Sumitomo Forestry Home Service, Daihatsu, freee, kubell, LegalOn Technologies, Sales Marker, SHANON

02Digitalization support for local governments and schools

Local governments and schools listed under "digitalization support for local governments [FY2024 (Reiwa 6) results]."

  • Prefectures — Osaka, Yamanashi, Toyama, Shimane, Yamaguchi, Kagawa, Saitama, Wakayama, Kochi
  • Municipalities and schools — Ichikawa, Tateyama, Chiba and Kamogawa (Chiba); Kadoma and Ibaraki (Osaka); Kitakyushu (Fukuoka); Ube (Yamaguchi); Kasumigaura (Ibaraki); Tateyama Town (Toyama); Takahama Town (Fukui); University of Tsukuba affiliated schools; Chiyoda Ward Kudan Secondary School

The official website does not include individual AI training case studies naming companies and results.

How It Differs from Other Corporate AI Training

Compared with training companies that can deliver in-house training for a single company:

ServiceMain formatPrice (published)Example duration
AIパートナーズ AI研修Per company (online / in person in Japan)Not published (individual quote)Combinations of 30–60-minute courses / 12-hour job-specific program
インソース 生成AI研修Public courses, on-site instructors, e-learningPublic course from JPY 26,400 per person (incl. tax)2 hours to 5 days
トレノケート AI研修Public courses, on-site instructors, e-learningPublic course from JPY 33,000 per person (incl. tax)1–4 days
アドカル 生成AI研修Per company (custom, online / in person)JPY 400,000 per person (excl. tax), minimum 10About 10 hours

*Other companies' columns reflect what is stated on each product page as of its check date.

What sets AI Partners apart is that short 30–60-minute courses can be combined, and that after training the same company can also handle rule design, consulting and system development. On the other hand, if you want to send one person to a public course priced per person, training companies that publish prices, such as インソース 生成AI研修 and トレノケート AI研修, are easier to compare. Among companies offering both training and consulting, アドカル 生成AI研修 also publishes its prices. Other services are listed in our corporate generative AI training comparison.

Who It Suits and Who It Doesn't

It suits companies that want to start with short training for all employees and handle rule-making and development consultations through the same contact. Courses of 30–60 minutes can be combined, and there is a course on generative AI risks (information leakage, copyright and compliance). Companies outside major cities can also have in-person sessions anywhere in Japan, and the provider publishes a track record in local-government digitalization support.

It doesn't suit companies that want to compare prices before applying, or that want to send just one person to a public course. Prices are not published, and training is delivered per company. If you want to budget around subsidies, the AI Partners website has no subsidy information, so you'll need to ask, including about how the job-specific program is treated.
