About "アリストル AI研修"
What is アリストル AI研修?
アリストル AI研修 (Aristol AI Training) is tiered and theme-based corporate AI training built on the premise of embedding AI agents into everyday work, offered by Aristol Inc. (株式会社アリストル, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; founded 2018) as part of its consulting business. There are four training packages—for executives and managers, DX/AX leaders, general employees, and new hires and young employees—plus theme-based training that can be taken one theme at a time by tool or business topic.
The executive/manager and DX/AX leader packages are roughly 90-day programs that include a 6–8 week implementation period after the sessions, in which participants run AI agents in their own company's environment, and a report meeting where before-and-after figures are presented to management. A distinctive point is that measuring usage rates and time saved before and after training is standard.
Pricing is not disclosed and is quoted individually based on the number of participants and format. Aristol does not file subsidy applications or adjust curricula to subsidy requirements, and asks clients to judge training costs by results such as time saved.
Besides training, Aristol offers DX/AX consulting that supports everything from management strategy to running the promotion office, and hands-on support with members working on site part-time. Support other than training is covered on the アリストル DX/AXコンサルティング page.
Training basics
Training programs
The official site says training is designed by combining "who" (tier) and "what" (theme). The four tiered packages and theme-based training can be run on their own or combined.
01Executives and managers | Rebuild management meetings and managers' weeks around AI agents
A 12-module, roughly 90-day package that rethinks management meetings, decision-making, AI governance and how managers spend their time.
- Format — 16–24 people per class (a smaller setup for a few members of a management team is also possible). Pre-assessment (about 2 weeks) → 12 modules → implementation period (6–8 weeks) → management report. Two instructors: one on the management side and one on agent building
- Main exercises — Listing 20 decisions from the past 3 months and scoring decision quality; automatically producing pre-meeting briefs and decision records in a mock management meeting; building a "weekly report" agent in plain language with Claude Code/Codex (or no-code tools)
- Completion requirements — Judged by deliverables such as 3+ role sheets and 1+ running agent with operation logs, embedding an agent into one of the company's meetings, and a 90-day plan with a proposal to the management meeting
02DX/AX leaders | Non-engineer leaders rebuild work with Claude Code
A 16-module, roughly 90-day program for promotion staff who stand between management and the front line. No programming experience is required, and every exercise environment assumes mastering Claude Code.
- Format — 16–24 people per class. Proceeds from basics → work design → implementation → rollout to the organization, with an implementation period (6–8 weeks) and a management report
- Main deliverables — AI-first workflow diagrams and role sheets, agents built with Claude Code, procedures that can be shared within departments, and a 90-day promotion plan
03General employees | Create "steps to hand my work to AI" using real tasks
Three steps: generative AI basics (60–90 min) → practice with participants' own tasks (half to 1 day) → on-site adoption support (once a week for 8–12 weeks). Steps can also be run individually.
- Format — Basics online or hybrid for up to several hundred people. Practice is split into groups by job type or department, with in-person recommended. No terminal or code
- Job-specific exercise examples — Sales: gathering company information before meetings and drafting proposals; HR/general affairs: first-line answers to inquiries referencing internal rules; accounting: reconciling CSVs from multiple systems and weekly reports
04New hires and young employees | Mindset that prevents bad habits, and work fundamentals
Learn, through exercises, a mindset that prevents bad habits such as "just copy and paste," and how to use AI for meeting minutes, reporting, approval requests and email. Half a day (3–4 hours) is standard, adjustable from a 60-minute short version to a multi-session series.
05Theme-based training | From a single theme
- Generative AI basics and tools — Generative AI beginner course; basic exercises for ChatGPT, Google Gemini and Microsoft 365 Copilot
- AI agents and latest tools — Claude Cowork, rolling out Claude Code on site, OpenClaw (autonomous browser agent), Google Antigravity (app development for non-engineers)
- Risk management and ethics — AI risk management / AI ethics training for all employees (60 minutes, with comprehension check)
- AI × business themes — AI × management strategy, coaching × AI (for managers), AI × customer service (for sales), AI training for new hires
- Workshop — DX practical workshop (from finding issues in workflows to building prototypes with no-code tools)
For the building exercises in the executive/manager package, the exercise environment can be chosen from three patterns so that the exercises work even at companies whose work PCs cannot use external AI tools.
Companies that have rolled out Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar company-wide use their approved tools (Pattern A); companies with restrictions on external tools but that can use an external exercise environment use Aristol's Claude Code/Codex/API environment with anonymized data (Pattern B); and companies with strong restrictions proceed mainly with no-code tools (Pattern C).

The official FAQ says that "training varies with the number of participants and format, so we present a quote after a hearing." Talks (around 60–90 minutes, in person, online or hybrid) are also available, likewise by quote.
Using subsidies
Aristol does not file applications for subsidies such as the Human Resources Development Support Subsidy, nor adjust curricula to subsidy requirements. In its September 15, 2026 column on the return on investment of AI training without relying on subsidies, it explains that designing training around subsidy requirements (hours, lecture format, etc.) can pull the content away from what is actually needed, and asks clients to judge whether training costs can be recovered through reduced working hours and results.
The extent of cooperation when clients want to use subsidies is described differently within the official site. The FAQ on the training pages says clients "apply on their own" and that Aristol "can cooperate to the extent needed for your application, such as documents certifying the training content," while the FAQ in the same column says it "cannot help with preparing documents when you apply on your own." If you plan around subsidies, confirm how far Aristol will cooperate at the consultation stage.
Under the revision on August 3, 2026, literacy-focused training such as generic prompt writing is no longer eligible under the Business Expansion Reskilling Support Course. Eligibility depends on the training content and the trainees' duties, so confirm with your local labor bureau before submitting your plan.
Track record and reputation
01Past clients (partial)
The official site lists the following companies and organizations as business partners, including its training and consulting businesses (including transactions via partner companies).
- Listed clients — 大阪ガスグループ (Osaka Gas Group, including subsidiaries), 北海道ガスグループ (Hokkaido Gas Group), 太陽生命 (Taiyo Life), 四国電力 (Shikoku Electric Power), 東急Re:デザイン, 日本ソフトウェア協会 (Japan Software Association), エネオスウィング (ENEOS Wing), 日本健康検定マスター, ロッテ (Lotte), 野澤組, 全国農業会議所 (National Chamber of Agriculture), 太田丸
02Instructor track record
- Instructor experience — CEO Manabu Miyazaki has taught over 10,000 people in total on AI topics, with 20+ client companies (talks page). Author of 『生成AIタスク爆速大全』
- In-house agent case studies — Publishes six reports on agents tried in its own work, such as turning monthly closing journal entries into an agent and cutting outsourcing costs by more than ¥1 million a year (noted as records of its own efforts that do not guarantee the same results)
The official site shows some of the materials actually used in training. On the right is the flow of the "generative AI business improvement workshop": listing improvement ideas → refining them → evaluating and narrowing down → drafting prompts, combining lectures with individual and group work.

The official site does not include case studies showing training results for specific clients in numbers.
How it differs from other corporate AI training
Compared with single-company training that goes as far as AI agents and embedding AI into work:
| Service | Main format | Price (published) | Example duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| アリストル AI研修 | Single company (in person/online; tiered packages and theme-based training) | Not disclosed (individual quote) | Executives/managers: about 90 days (12 half-day sessions + 6–8 week implementation) |
| AX総研 AI研修 | In person (for executives, Claude Code) | ¥200,000 per person (excluding tax), from 1 person | 5 × 2 hours, 10 hours total |
| アドカル 生成AI研修 | Single company (online/in-person custom) | ¥400,000 per person (excluding tax), minimum 10 people | About 10 hours |
| AIパートナーズ AI研修 | Per company (online / in person in Japan) | Not disclosed (individual quote) | Combinations of 30–60 min sessions / 12-hour job-specific program |
| Track AI/DX研修 | Instructor dispatch, public courses, e-learning | Not disclosed | 0.5–5 days |
The other services' columns reflect the information on each product page as of when it was checked.
What sets Aristol apart is that training does not end when the sessions do: the package runs AI agents in the company's own environment during a 6–8 week implementation period, measures decision quality, time saved and the number of running agents before and after, and reports to management. If executives themselves want to learn Claude Code in a short time, AX総研 AI研修, which publishes per-person pricing, is also worth comparing. If you plan around subsidies, providers that offer subsidy guidance, such as アドカル 生成AI研修, may be easier to consult. Other services are listed in our comparison of corporate generative AI training.
Which companies it suits and which it does not
It suits companies that have introduced generative AI but whose usage remains limited, and that want to drive embedding into work starting with executives, managers and promotion staff. Because usage rates and time saved are measured before and after, it also fits companies that want to report the return on investment to management in numbers. Even companies whose work PCs cannot use external AI tools can choose an exercise environment.
It does not suit companies that want to budget on the assumption of subsidies, compare prices before applying, or send just one person to a public course. Aristol does not file subsidy applications, and prices are not disclosed. The executive and leader packages are long at about 90 days, and participants need time during the implementation period to run agents in their own work.
FAQ
How much does Aristol's AI training cost? Pricing is not disclosed. The official FAQ says training varies with the number of participants and format, so a quote is presented after a hearing (as of October 2026). The first consultation is free.
Can subsidies be used? Aristol does not file subsidy applications or adjust curricula to requirements. If you use one, you apply on your own, and because the official site describes the extent of cooperation inconsistently, confirm it at the consultation stage. Under the August 3, 2026 revision, literacy-focused training is no longer eligible under the Business Expansion Reskilling Support Course.
Can it be taken online? Yes. Both in person and online are possible, with in-person recommended for exercise-heavy training. In the executive/manager and DX/AX leader packages, building and implementation sessions are held in person.
Can people without programming knowledge take it? Yes. The DX/AX leader package rebuilds work with Claude Code regardless of programming experience, and the general employee and new hire packages do not involve terminals or code.
Is there support for adoption after training? Yes. Results measurement and follow-up after training are available, and the executive and leader packages include support during a 6–8 week implementation period. On-site follow-through can also be done with separately contracted hands-on support.
